Continuous collaboration between architects, designers, and the construction team from the earliest stages of the project allows us to optimize every decision, maintain rigorous quality control throughout the process, and bring each idea to life with the highest level of fidelity. This integrated approach enables us to achieve better outcomes, greater efficiency, and an exceptionally refined execution.

CASA CAMINO SUR
Integral reform: architecture, construction, interior and art
Casa Camino Sur is conceived as a serene, horizontal architecture that engages in dialogue with the landscape. Large cantilevers and sculptural columns accompany the path of natural light, while the seamless continuity between indoors and outdoors, the purity of the materials, and the spaciousness of the interiors create a sophisticated, timeless experience deeply connected to its surroundings.

CASA GALERÍA
Integral reform: architecture, construcción, interiors and art
Casa Galería is the home of Laura Gärna and a space conceived as a white box where art takes center stage. The complete renovation of a former country house creates a serene backdrop for a carefully curated collection of contemporary artworks and design pieces. Iconic designs, antiques, and art coexist in harmony, resulting in a luminous, timeless, and deeply personal home.

CASA LINO
Architecture, interiors, construction and art.
Casa Lino is a duplex penthouse located in a 1925 building in Madrid’s Salamanca district. The project combines two separate apartments into a single residence, connected by an elegant staircase that organizes the spaces and leads to a magnificent terrace. Respecting the original architectural character, the interior design introduces color and sophistication, while the art collection reflects the owners’ personal identity, transforming the home into a unique oasis in the heart of Madrid.

CASA ORIGEN
Integral reform: architecture, construction, interiors and art.
Casa Origen emerges from the vegetation as a stone-clad architecture with organic lines, naturally integrated into the landscape. While its north façade appears solid and restrained, the south façade opens up through expansive glazed surfaces, cantilevers, and lattice screens that blur the boundaries between architecture, light, and nature.

OFICINA HINES
Construction, interiors and art
The design for Hines’ offices on Castellana stems from a desire to restore the most natural and human essence of the workplace through the use of noble materials such as wood and natural stone, a serene palette, and an architecture conceived around well-being. Inspired by the principles of comfort, sustainability, and the WELL philosophy, the project places people at its core, creating bright, warm, and balanced environments where nature, contemporary art, and a fluid spatial layout foster concentration, human connection, and a higher quality of life within the workplace.

OFICINA JOHN TAYLOR
Design, construction, interiors and art
John Taylor’s office was conceived from a simple idea: to create a real estate agency that feels like a home. Far removed from the traditional corporate office, the project seeks to convey the warmth, elegance, and comfort of a lived-in residence. A carefully curated selection of furniture, textiles, and decorative pieces shapes a classic yet cosmopolitan atmosphere, where every detail invites a sense of comfort and ease. The result is a welcoming, sophisticated, and timeless space that reflects the essence of the homes the agency represents.

OFICINA GESVALT
Integral reform: Design, construction, interiors and art
Gesvalt’s headquarters were conceived as a reflection of the company’s identity and values. Designed to accommodate more than 500 people, this expansive open-plan workspace was created to foster collaboration, well-being, and meaningful connections among teams. A carefully considered selection of materials, bespoke furniture, and meticulous attention to every detail shaped a contemporary, warm, and highly functional office. It is a project we particularly enjoyed for its scale, complexity, and privileged location in the heart of Madrid’s financial district.

OFICINA NEINVER
Architecture, construction, interiors and art
The Neinver project involved the complete transformation of three independent buildings, originally designed for different purposes, into a single, cohesive, and light-filled corporate headquarters. One of the project's greatest challenges was bringing natural light and warmth into spaces that were initially dark, a goal achieved through an architectural and landscape intervention that introduced nature as an essential part of the workplace experience. The result is a welcoming, contemporary, and vibrant environment where architecture, well-being, and functionality coexist in perfect balance.
