In the event that the good or service that is the object of the order is not available, we will inform you of this lack of availability and we undertake to provide a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
GÄRNA takes your furniture and decorative objects to any part of the Peninsula. For shipments outside the peninsula and Europe consult by sending an email to shop@garna.es.
It is important to note that the costs are calculated per shipment and not per order, logically, the same order may contain several items with different delivery dates.
By virtue of the effective legislation, in the case of the non-execution of the contract on our part, by not being available the product or service object of the order, the consumer will have to be informed of this lack of availability. We undertake to solve the problem as soon as possible.
In the event of a delay in the order due to unforeseen circumstances such as, among others, the variation of dates in the availability of the order, the impossibility of logistics to deliver on the agreed date, cases of absence of the buyer or the need to resort to special means for delivery, may give rise to payment of the extra shipping costs to be borne 100% by the buyer.
www.garna.es is responsible for the guarantees legally required by current legislation.
All furniture has a guarantee of 24 months against manufacturing defects. This Guarantee includes freight, material, and labor, but according to the consumer goods guarantee law, the characteristics of the product, its nature, are excluded from its coverage, as well as any damage caused by misuse of the product.
This guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized installer when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.
The guarantee will lose its value in the following cases:
In the case of erroneous shipments, www.garna.es will resend the order, taking charge of the shipping costs.
In the case of defective products, www.garna.es will proceed to change the defective product, taking charge of the shipping costs, provided that:
In the case of goods damaged by defects in transport, with obvious and visible blows or breakage, the customer must make the claim by sending a photograph and description of the damage to shop@garna.es within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of a production defect, which is hidden and imperceptible when the goods are received and/or subsequently revealed, www.garna.es provides the customer with its 24-month guarantee.

Shipping costs will only be reimbursable in the case of erroneous shipping or defective product.
Returns will only be accepted for erroneous shipments or those products that are damaged due to transport, running GÄRNA with shipping costs, provided that you report to shop@garna.es within 24 hours of receipt of the product, as indicated in paragraph 8.
The returned Product must be delivered in perfect condition, in its original packaging and provided with all its accessories. No spontaneous return will be accepted without the agreement of www.garna.es.
The price paid by the buyer on the good will be refunded to his account, as soon as possible from the date of delivery and receipt of the good.
